Iranian nuclear

Hi
Iranian nuclear problem still is in the top of news.
The UN atomic watchdog will meet this week to discuss what its inspectors term "alarming" indications that Iran may have been working to build a nuclear bomb until just a few years ago.
The 35-member board of governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency is scheduled to hold its regular summer board meeting at the watchdog's headquarters from Monday to Friday.
Topping the agenda will be the latest report by IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei on the agency's long-running investigation into Tehran's controversial nuclear drive.
Iran insists its atomic programme is entirely peaceful, but western countries and the United States in particular, are convinced the Islamic republic is covertly seeking to build a nuclear bomb. If you want to get more information, you can go to site:

Hi Bahram

I've only just got round to reading everyones posts I'm sorry to say ; I got very behind and intend to catch up!
Speaking of catching up I have to admit that the whole history of nuclear armanent throughout the world is a mystery to me. Not because I've never been able to grasp it but because I've never even tried.
In my complete ignorance one glaringly important question for me is " Why is Iran NOT allowed to manufacture bombs? Doesn't America have nuclear arms ready and waiting?I might be wrong there but to me , if one country has nuclear capability why shouldn't everyone else? Or more appropriately why should anyone have any at all?
Can you answer this for me?

Hi Sal Thanks for your comment. It is an interesting question. Why Iran shouldn’t have this technology? I believe, if Iran wants to use this technology for peaceful aims, it’s not a problem. But some countries such as USA, Germany, France and etc, think that Iran is planning to reach nuclear bomb from uranium enrichment. It is only a doubt from them.
If Iran and America had a good political relationship, this case was closed ages ago. It’s only a political game and nothing else.

Hello Bahram

This article you've posted about the nuclear problem in Iran is very interesting, as the Americans assume that Iran has been building nuclear bombs in the last few years is just not right. As said in your blog that Iran's atomic programme is entirely peaceful, which should not worry the Americans. However, the Americans are just being judgemental which dissapoint the people of Iran.

Hi Poe
I am glad see you again. About Iranian nuclear program I have to say that, Iran insists that nuclear power is necessary for a booming population and rapidly-industrializing nation. It points to the fact that Iran's population has more than doubled in 20 years, the country regularly imports gasoline and electricity, and that burning fossil fuel in large amounts severely harms Iran's environment. In addition, Iran's nuclear program has become political in two ways: local and international. Iranian politicians use it as part of their populist platform, and there is international speculation about Iran's possible use of nuclear technology. Underrating it issue is difficult for us.
